Returns & Refunds
We accept exchanges or returns within seven (7) days of purchase which must be supported by a proof of payment.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Exchanges & returns can be used against full refund or alternative items to the same value.
- No exchange or refund will be accepted on special orders, sale items or gift card.
- VAT and original shipping cost will not be refunded.
Shipping costs incurred when returning items are your responsibility. When returning from outside of Singapore or the UAE please clearly mark the package as a return to avoid customs delays and charges

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds will be provided for defective goods if repair or replacement options are unavailable. Repair or exchange of the goods is limited to defects that are not caused by misuse of failure to follow care instructions; such returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
All of our collection is hand crafted by our artisans, each piece is unique and hand-made, variations in colors, visible joints or uneven surfaces are not considered faulty.
Refunds (if applicable)
Darzeen will refund you within 30 days after your package is received and inspected.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Returned items must have their original tags still on and returned in their original packaging. No visible signs of wear or use should be seen. Only regular priced items may be refunded.
All the refunds of any transaction’s amount against any purchase through this website would be refunded to the original mode of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please allow 5-7 days for the funds to appear back in your account.
If a refund is eligible, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
